Operators πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ United States

Become an operator.
Get personal training.

Run your clients, jobs and subcontractors in one place. Reserve onboarding, complete the entry payment and license setup, then get one-to-one training from an experienced operator. Every payment and when it is due is shown on the waitlist page.

How an operator gets in

  1. 1

    Join the waitlist

Your reservation is held when payment is confirmed, with an estimated contact date. While you wait, we show you the desk you are walking into.

  2. 2

    Your turn comes

We contact you, go through your trade and the work you want, and set you up. An operator who runs their business on Plan@Job trains you one to one.

  3. 3

    Your account opens

After the entry payment and license setup, your trainer helps you get started, with your clients, your subcontractors and your AI staff on the same desk. The people you bring in join free.

What you are running once you are in

  • Everyone in your company, on one account
  • Your clients and general contractors join free, on your account
  • Jobs, project stages, dispatch and your own subcontractor base
  • Quotes, contracts, e-signature and invoices
  • Your AI colleagues for enquiries, operations and finance administration
  • Your records stay yours, and exportable, whatever happens next

What free actually means

A property manager or general contractor brought in by a contractor pays nothing, and works with that contractor. Paying is what opens the platform up beyond that one relationship. Nothing is taken away from the free account to make the paid one look better.

Why operators are trained in, not sold to

Because the operator is the one with the relationship. What you get is not a bundle of features, it is the right to put every client and every general contractor you work with onto a platform that stays yours, and the skill to run it.

Your clients join on your account

Invite a property manager or a general contractor and they work with you, free, for as long as you work together. No seat fee, no per-job charge, nothing for them to approve with a finance team.

Everyone in your company is included

One account whether you are on your own or running an office of forty. Crew members, supervisors, office staff and your AI colleagues are all on it.

Trained by someone who has done it

An experienced operator helps you learn the workflow using your business, clients and jobs. Training is part of getting started, not a guarantee of work or income.

Questions about pricing

Why is there a waitlist?

Because every operator is trained in person by an operator already running their business on Plan@Job, and there are only so many of those hours in a week. Your estimated contact date is based on current availability and recorded after payment.

What does it cost?

Every payment, and when it falls due, is set out on the waitlist page before you pay anything. This includes the reservation, remaining entry payments and monthly license cost.

I already have an operator account. Do I still join the waitlist?

If your account already has active access, keep using it. If it is awaiting activation, contact us before paying so we can check your existing account and reservation.

Is this the same in every country?

Yes. Every market is open and the waitlist is priced in its own money.

Other pages say operator. Is that the same thing?

Yes. Operator is the account type inside the platform for the contractor business that runs clients, projects and subcontractors. Contractor is the same account, in the word the industry uses.

I want work done at my own property.

That is not a license. Send the details through and the job goes to a contractor near you.
