The AI-powered CRM for contractors

One CRM for your clients, your projects, your subcontractors and your own team. Then hire AI staff who brief the job, chase the prices and follow up the money while you are on site.

Operators come in through the waitlist and receive personal setup and training after their entry payment and license setup. Clients and trades arrive on their operator's invitation, free.

AI staff

Hire AI staff inside your CRM.
Wake up ahead.

Three named colleagues with a seat on your team. Every fifteen minutes they read every live job, chase what is waiting, and stop exactly where a human must decide. Hire them the way you hire people: one button, a supervisor, a playbook you can edit.

Coordinator · AI enquiries

Meets the work before you do. Reads what came in, works out whether a trade could price it, and goes back to the client for whatever is missing until the job card stands on its own.

  • Judges whether there is enough on a job to price it
  • Asks the client for photos, access and dates
  • Stops after two goes and hands it to you

Never writes to a new client without your tap.

What Sophie does
Daniel Reed, Manager · AI operations

Daniel Reed

Manager · AI operations

Keeps every live job moving. Gets it in front of the right subcontractors, chases the prices, chases the dates, and tells you what is waiting on you.

  • Puts a new job in front of matching vetted subcontractors
  • Chases a subcontractor who has not priced after a day
  • Sends you one morning brief of what is waiting on you

Never awards work or sends a figure.

What Daniel does
Maya Collins, Accountant · AI finance

Maya Collins

Accountant · AI finance

Watches the money on every job. Gets the deposit raised before anyone is committed, chases what is owed, and keeps you out of the position of a subcontractor booked and no payment in.

  • Raises the deposit once you have awarded the work
  • Chases a deposit that was sent and not paid
  • Chases an invoice past its due date

Never moves money or sets your prices.

What Maya does

Chase freely, stop at money

Awards, payments and the first message to a new client come to you as a card, on every setting.

You set the dial

Draft, confirm or auto, per colleague. Quiet hours and a daily cap apply to all of them.

Every move is logged

Each chase, each card, and each reason a colleague chose not to act sits in the activity trail.

Your words, your rules

Edit the playbook that steers tone and timing. What a colleague is allowed to do never lives in a text box.

Prefer to ask? The in-app assistant runs the same tools by chat, and the connection brings your company into Claude, ChatGPT and other AI clients, with your own permissions and nothing else.

Everything it runs

One desk. The whole business.

Everything below is live today. What needs a human decision comes to you as a card. The rest runs.

Runs your ads

Recruitment and client ads on Facebook, launched for you, and your own ad account read so you see what a won job actually cost.

Runs your email

Every client and subcontractor conversation in one inbox, with sequences from your own address that stop the moment someone replies.

Chases the money

Every invoice and deposit watched, the chase written the day it is due. You tap send.

Raises the deposit

Award the work and the deposit invoice and its payment link are raised before anyone sets off.

Writes the contract

Describe the deal, get a drafted contract, have every party sign it in the browser. The text is frozen at signing.

Recruits your trades

Run a trade ad in your town and the trades who answer arrive on your bench as accounts, ready for vetting, without anyone typing them in.

Onboards subcontractors

Subs arrive, get chased for their documents and get a written answer on what is still missing, without you opening the file.

Onboards your crew members

One link from invite to active: their details, the employer's I-9 confirmation, a W-9 for 1099 workers and your own crew agreement.

Onboards your team

Add your office team with the right permissions in a minute: admin, manager, recruiter, accountant, assistant.

How it works

From "can you price this?" to booked. You hold the gates that matter.

Tap a gate. The white ones are yours, always. The green ones are where your AI staff do the chasing.

  1. From a client's portal, a lead, or a link your client filled in. Sophie reads it the moment it arrives.

Where the work arrives

Work lands in your inbox.
It should not live there.

Work never arrives as a job. It arrives at twenty to eleven at night, three photos and no address, from a client who wants a price by Friday. So you read it, retype it, chase what is missing, then ring round four subbies.

The enquiry lands in the mailbox you already use. One tap makes it a job, with the conversation still attached to it. Then the prices come back to you, and you pick one.

  • Connect the mailbox you already give clients. Nothing to forward, nothing to retype
  • One tap turns the conversation into a job card, and the thread stays on it
  • Send it to your vetted subs. Being sent a job and pricing it is free, always
  • Prices come back onto the job, side by side, and the award stays yours

Projects for general contractors

One client agreement.
An internal plan for delivery.

A general contractor appoints an operator and follows the work. The operator splits the job into stages, prices each one, appoints subcontractors or the in-house team, and keeps the client on one scope and one price.

  • Stages carry their own scope, planned dates, progress and cost
  • Appoint a vetted subcontractor, your own crew member, or a trade who is not on the platform yet, at the price you set
  • Stages, subcontractor identity and stage costs stay on the operator's side
  • The client sees the agreed scope, the agreed price, progress and the evidence

Clients

For the people who post the job.

Post it, price it, prove it. Every client sees a clear price before work starts, photos before they pay, and one thread per job that never disappears.

Property managers

Create work orders across the portfolio, compare line-item estimates, sign off on photo evidence, and keep every property's documents and rent roll beside the work.

Landlords

Send the job to your operator or raise it yourself. Approve the price in one tap and follow the visit, the photos and the invoice from your phone.

Homeowners

Your operator sends a link. Nothing to install, nothing to remember. Approve, follow, pay when it is proven.

This is what it looks like inside

Estimates you approve in one tap, evidence before you pay, and every property in one place.

Illustrative. The company, the figures and the photos are examples, not client work. The behaviour is not.

Rent roll, for property managers. Weekly or monthly rent, statement imports, part-payments and arrears, next to the repairs. The rent goes to your bank, not ours.

How Rent roll works

The trade side

Clear scope in. Clear price out. Paid on terms.

Subcontractors

A job link tells you what, roughly where, how urgent and who is offering. Price it as line items, even before your vetting is finished. The award waits for vetting; the price does not.

  • Vetted once by the operator, first call every time after
  • Scope changes approved before you lift a finger
  • Invoices built from the accepted price, tracked to paid
Join as a subcontractor

In-house crew members

The operator's own team gets its own view. Each crew member sees their day, their addresses and their access notes, and reports back with photos from the site.

  • Today's visits with directions and the resident's number
  • Before, during and after photos in one tap
  • Certificates and documents kept in date by the office
  • Set up by the operator from one link
How operators run their team

You'll probably enjoy Plan@Job if

  • You want your clients to remember you as the operator who reports back
  • You would happily let a colleague chase a price at 21:40, as long as the award stays yours
  • You want the paperwork to keep up with the work, not the other way round
  • You want one system your whole operation actually lives in

It's probably not for you if

  • Group-texts-and-hope is working fine for you
  • You want an AI that awards, pays and promises on your behalf
  • You see vetting and evidence as someone checking up on you

Before you start

Straight answers.

The questions we get on every onboarding call, answered the way we answer them there.

What is Plan@Job?+

Plan@Job is an AI-powered CRM for contractors and property. Operators, the contractor businesses, run their clients, projects, subcontractors and in-house team in it and hire AI staff who brief jobs, chase prices and follow up payments. General contractors, property managers, landlords and homeowners use it to commission work and follow it. Subcontractors use it to receive scoped work and get paid.

What is an operator?+

The contractor business that runs the work. It serves the client, appoints subcontractors or its own crew members, and answers for delivery. If you already have a contractor account, that is your operator account.

Can the AI staff run my business without me?+

They run the chasing. Awards, prices, payments and the first message to a new client always come to you as a card, on every setting. They do not guarantee outcomes and they never move money.

How do I join?+

Operators join the waitlist and agree onboarding with an experienced operator. Their account opens after the entry payment and license setup, then their trainer helps them get started. Property managers start free, and stay free at one user and ten properties when a contractor brings them in. Landlords, homeowners and general contractors follow the job link their contractor sends. Subcontractors join free and can price jobs while their vetting completes.

What does it cost?+

For operators there is no license to buy: every payment, and when it falls due, is on the waitlist page before you pay anything. Property managers see their price in dollars on the pricing page, and stay free at one user and ten properties when a contractor brings them in. Subcontractors are free to be found and to price work, and a client or general contractor invited by their contractor pays nothing.

Does Plan@Job work in the United States?+

Yes. Plan@Job in the United States works in dollars and in US terms: estimates, change orders, punch lists and lien waivers. Operators join the waitlist, and clients and trades arrive on their operator's invitation.

Your turn is coming.

Join the operator waitlist, and walk in already knowing the desk. Your clients and your trades join on your account, free.
